Enforcement Agent Certificates are issued under Section 64 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and subject to The Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014.
The Regulations require applicants applying for certification to lodge in court by way of a bond, security totalling £10,000 and to maintain such security throughout the duration of the certificate.
