In late November we were the target of a cyber security incident that impacted part of our systems. Upon discovery, we took immediate steps to contain this by shutting off the affected part of our systems. We also hired a dedicated team of cybersecurity specialists who confirmed we had successfully contained the incident. They subsequently conducted a thorough investigation in order to understand the nature and extent of what had happened.
Our IT forensic investigation has now concluded and our systems have been reinstated. We have updated the Information Commissioner’s Office and are liaising with the Financial Conduct Authority.
