We are delighted to announce that Verlingue has retained the prestigious Investor in Customers Gold Award for 2021.
Providing an outstanding service experience for our clients is a passion for all the teams throughout our business and we are very proud to have retained our Gold award, which we first won in 2018, following a substantial independent survey of our clients. The feedback focuses on 4 areas of our service,:
- How well we understanding our customers needs
- How well we then meet those needs
- The extent to which we delight our customers
- To what extent our customers feel loyal to us
We were thrilled that all areas scored well over the required threshold for Gold status.
We’d like to thank all our clients who took time to provide their feedback, including some excellent suggestions on how we can continue to improve things even further. We’ll be getting to work immediately on implementing those ideas.
