As part of our recent Investor in Customers Gold reaccreditation, we are proud to launch the Customer Service Ambassador Programme, a key step in strengthening our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Leading the way, our Customer Service Project Team will be the first group to enrol in the IIC Ambassador Award, a CPD-accredited programme designed to help individuals become true customer champions. Through the course, delegates will develop the skills to understand and exceed customer expectations, build strong relationships, and set the standard for excellent service.

This first group of 10 delegates will complete the IIC e-learning course, with additional Verlingue UK colleagues set to join the programme in the future. Their insights and experiences will help shape the next phase of our customer service strategy across the business.
