Documentation & Guidance

This page will assist you in progressing your claim and offer general advice and guidance relating to motor/fleet claims. In order to keep claims cost to a minimum it is important that as much information is provided to us as quickly as possible.

  1. Claim Form - Please complete this with with as much information as possible before memories fade– this will speed up the handling of your claim.
  2. Detailed description and sketch plan and / or witness statements and addresses - where available please send these through.
  3. Third Party Details – Please send these through in order we can start any recovery as soon as possible
  4. Photos or Videos – If you can provide any photos or videos taken at the scene of the accident as soon as possible then these are really useful
  5. Repair Estimate – Please send through any repair details as soon as you can
  6. Third Party Letter of Claim - this must be sent to Verlingue immediately, as your insurers acknowledgement must be sent to the claimant or their representative within 21 days of their letter.
  7. Legal Papers - All correspondence including writs, summons etc should be forwarded, unanswered, to Verlingue immediately upon receipt thereof.
